HOW IT ALL STARTED
Glacier Tour was born of the vision, dreams, sea-faring adventures and love of Norway.
Glaciertour started offering tours in Western Norway around the Sognefjord area in 2015. The concept and all its contents were transferred over to the current owners in 2023, with key personnel from the previous owners serving in the administration. The new team at Glaciertour is very excited to deliver quality service and tours, drawing on decades of experience in the industry.

As our CEO, Hans Kristian Hop is committed to setting ambitious goals for Glaciertour, with the aim of becoming the top-rated tour operator in Western Norway. He is a loving father and a fair businessman who values good ethics and supporting the local region. When you do business with Glaciertour, you can rest assured that customer safety is a top priority.
Sondre Østervold Storebø, Leader of market. Sondre has worked in the service industry since a young age and has been involved in building various businesses within service and maritime operations. As a maritime captain and our go-to person for any situation, Sondre is our handyman who adapts to any position within the company to ensure that Glaciertour stays on course.
Genet , Our Customer Service Representative Genet has worked with Glaciertour for several years and has an in-depth knowledge of the organization. She is service-minded and always ready to assist our customers in any way she can. She is cherished for her work and her knowledge keeping the rest of the company a steady base from here office in Sogndal near by Glaciertours main tour operations.
